Manual work that disappears.

When the same steps come back every week, they can often be automated. We first measure where the time goes, then connect the software you already have instead of replacing it.

At a glance02

Process automation

  • Measure where the time goes first
  • Connect the programs you already run
  • Traceable when something jams

Starting point

Typical time sinks.

Not every workflow is worth it. These often are.

01

Copying data by hand

The same details end up in email, spreadsheet and accounting, typed in again every time.

02

Quotes and invoices

Every document is made by hand from a template, although the details are already stored somewhere.

03

Chasing and reminding

Who has confirmed, what is still open? Someone has to keep it in their head.

04

Approvals by meeting

Small decisions wait for the next meeting instead of being settled with a link.

What's included

What you get.

  • Measure first

We map the workflow as it runs today and show where the time goes. Only then do we build.

  • Connect, don't replace

Your software stays. We connect it, so data is entered once and then passed on.

  • Traceable

If a step fails, you can see where. An automation that fails silently is worse than doing it by hand.

  • Start small

One workflow first. Once it runs and pays off, the next one follows.

  • Running it, if you want

Software changes. For a monthly fee we keep the connections working.

Process

How it works.

  1. 01

    Map

We go through the workflow with the people who do it every day.

  2. 02

    Assess

We tell you which steps can be automated and whether the effort pays off. If it does not, we say so.

  3. 03

    Quote and build

You receive a project price. Then we connect the software.

  4. 04

    Handover

The workflow runs. If you want, we keep looking after it.

To be honest

What we will not promise.

  • That every workflow can be automated. Some steps need a person. Then the person stays in.
  • Hours saved, before we have seen the workflow.
  • An automation that never needs maintenance. When a program changes, the connection has to follow.

Questions

Common questions.

Which software can be connected?

Much of what covers accounting, email and calendars, spreadsheets, documents, payments or an online shop, as long as it offers an interface. Whether yours does, we check in the first conversation.

What happens when a program changes?

Then a connection can break. With support that is our job; without it, we show you at handover where to look.

Do we need our own IT department?

No. We need someone who knows the workflow. We take care of the technical part.

What does it cost?

We work with project prices, plus optional monthly support. We name a figure once it is clear what will be built. Before that it would be a guess.

Contact

Let's talk. Honestly.

If we are not the right fit, you hear it in the first conversation, not with the third invoice.
